Roselia Gijinka

So yeah, I used gimp to fix up the picture. I'm still getting used to coloring with gimp so it's not like BAM WANG DANG that's good! It's just okay.

Anyways, it's a Roselia gijinka. I know, she kind of looks like a space/sci-fi person. I wasn't intending to go for that. D:

And no, Roselia is NOT my favorite pokemon.
